Today was International Women's Day! Cheers to all the women in our lives and the great accomplishments that have been made by women worldwide!
P.S. Funny story- apparently in Ecuador, people only say "¡Feliz Día de la Mujer!" to women...so when I said it to Juan Carlos and Oswaldo, they laughed at me (as if I had forgotten they were men). Now I understand why Efren, one of the lawyers in my office, looked at me strangely when I gave him a card with a chocolate on it.
Cookies I made for the kids at the orfanato- and Adam too, since he ate about a dozen of them!
